The service
SnapDue helps you organize dates and schedule reminders. OCR results are suggestions and may be wrong. You are responsible for checking every date against the original document and official source.
No legal, financial, or medical advice
SnapDue does not interpret return policies, warranties, identity requirements, laws, medication safety, or financial obligations. A notification is a convenience and not a guarantee that a third party will accept a claim or action.
Acceptable use
Do not use SnapDue to violate law, upload malicious files, interfere with the service, probe security controls, impersonate another person, or send abusive support messages.
Your content
You retain rights in your records. You must have permission to process any document you add. Local mode stores content on your device; loss of the device or removal of application data may remove records unless you made a supported backup.
Availability
We work to provide reliable software, but operating-system restrictions, battery settings, notification permissions, time-zone changes, and device failures can affect alerts. Maintain a second reminder for critical legal or safety deadlines.
Premium subscriptions
Monthly and yearly Premium plans provide the same features for the billing period shown at checkout. The applicable Google Play or App Store storefront displays the final local price and collects payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally end the already-paid period. Refunds, billing retry and payment methods are governed by the applicable store and mandatory consumer law. Use Restore purchases after reinstalling or changing devices. Existing records, security controls and deletion remain accessible when Premium expires.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapDue is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
Material changes will be communicated through the application or website. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
