Privacy first
SnapDue is designed to work without an account. Deadline titles, notes, issuer details, and local attachment references are encrypted on your device. The administration panel cannot browse your private documents.
Data processed on your device
When you choose a photo or scan a document, optical character recognition runs to suggest text and dates. Suggestions are not saved until you confirm them. Temporary processing data is not used for advertising or profiling.
Subscription verification
When you purchase or restore Premium, SnapDue sends a pseudonymous installation identifier, the store and product identifiers, and the store-issued purchase token or signed transaction to our verification service. We use this only to verify entitlement, prevent fraud and process subscription status. Raw purchase tokens are not retained after verification; we retain keyed hashes, product, platform, status and expiry. Google Play or Apple separately processes payment information under its own terms.
Server data
Our website may receive ordinary security logs. If you contact support, we store the email address, subject, message, language, a one-way hash derived from the network address, timestamps, and case status. Do not include document contents or identity numbers in support messages.
Permissions
Camera and photo access are requested only when you use capture. Notification permission is requested when you save a reminder. Biometric permission is used only if you enable an application lock.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete the record or the application data. Verified entitlement records are retained for billing, refund, fraud and legal reconciliation. Support records are retained only for support, security and legal needs and are periodically removed. See the data-deletion page for instructions.
Security
We use encryption at rest, transport encryption, least-privilege access, rate limits, audit events, and isolated production credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security; please keep the operating system and application updated.
International use
SnapDue may be used globally. The initial product is operated by OZNEX in Türkiye. Store purchases may be processed by Google or Apple in the buyer storefront. Where a transfer is required, we apply reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
Children
SnapDue is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create child profiles.
